As some of you may know I have some ideas for health alternatives and supplements, especially in regards to the DNA Imprints. For those of you who have received your 1-10 DNA Charts you may have recognized the importance or benefits of implementing some of the tips which are included in the “feeding/ nurturing” section of your DNA Chart.
Here are some ideas for supporting most to all of your DNA Imprints. Here you will find general recipes to try out and experiment with. There are also some resources here which I have found to be intriguing in regards to health management and health alternatives.
Multi Fruit, Cucumber, Cilantro and Flax Seed Oil Smoothie:
Step 1: Gather these Ingredients:
- Two Pears
- Two Cucumbers
- A cup full of peaches
- A cup full of mixed berries
- Half a cup of Cilantro
- A tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil (recommended: Unfiltered Organic Non-GMO flax seed oil)
- Four to five cups of orange juice (depending on the size of your blender, adjust accordingly)
- One and a half to two cups of coconut juice
Step 2: Prepare your fruits and veggies by halving peaches, pears then cut them into smaller pieces so that they blend smoothly.
Step 3: Cut the long part of the stems of the cilantro off, do not peel off the cilantro leaves from the stalk, keep the stalk whole but remove the part of the stem which does not have the leaves.
Step 4: Combine your cut veggies, fruit and cilantro into the blender. Do Not add the flax seed oil to the blend yet! If you add the flax seed to the smoothie too early then you lose the health effect and full potency of the flax seed oil, therefore diminishing it’s health effects.
Step 5: Add the orange juice and coconut juice to the blender.
Step 6: Start your blender off on a slow speed, then gradually increase the speed to the medium setting only until you get the consistency that you prefer for your smoothie.
Step 7: Pour into glasses with a wide opening. Add your flax seed oil to the smoothie and mix it well with a spoon.
